SUBMIT A CASE FOR SOFT

______________________________________________________

SLIDE OF THE FORTNIGHT (SOFT) is a series of publication of Case Reports and Interesting cases which is presented as a sort of a Quiz so as to tickle the brain cells and give food for thought.

Herein we intend to publish cases which are

Rare in occurrence, or

  1. A learning experience, or
  2. Well worked up interesting cases

Anyone from the Pathology community can present a case. You need only to be a member of Telepathology India. However, the decision to publish the cases rests solely with the Editorial Board. But there is no reason to not put up a case for discussion, if your case has good photomicrographs, and the case is of an unusual or rare nature.

Please send in your contributions to . For ease of publication please ensure the following which are to be submitted at the time of contributing the cases:

            = Good and adequate microphotographs

            = A short clinical history

            = IHC/EM photographs if any

            = Your diagnosis

= Your discussion on the case

= References to strengthen your diagnosis and discussion.

After the case has been put up at telepathology.org.in , we intend to announce it in the list of pathoindia.com and the members of Telepathology India. Within 10 days we expect members to give in their diagnosis to the person who contributes the case. The latter then makes a table of the diagnoses and we discuss the case and the contributor’s diagnosis in patho-india@yahoogroups.com. With contributions from across India, we expect to have a good archive of cases which will be a goldmine for all pathologists and budding pathologists for days to come.

We look forward to your contributions…
